Shipping Information
We ship via Royal Mail & DPD all parcels are tracked.
Post Brexit, all EU Orders will have a customs charge as the parcel is being shipped from the UK which is no longer part of the EU. It is the customer's responsibility to clear the item and pay the customs fee to their relevant customs office. This charge is not a shipping charge but a clearing charge that is determi ned by the local governments. All orders are shipped tracked so please ensure that you keep an eye on this as there is a 15 day window you have to collect the parcel from when they are cleared.
Please ensure you've selected the correct shipping option for your chosen address to ensure that there is no delay processing your orders. Due to the current high demand please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, packed and despatched.
U.K.
For U.K. orders we aim to have your package delivered within 3-7 working days from despatch.
E.U.
For E.U. orders we aim to have your package delivered within 5-10 working days from despatch.
U.S.A.
American orders on average are delivered within 7-12 working days from despatch.

Due to differing postal delivery services around the world, this time may vary widely but anticipate your package within 7-15 working days
